Welcome!

Just a little information about myself and why I'm starting this blog. I've been a hobbyist as long as I can remember, but in more recent years have been completely obsessed with GW products. While I mainly focus on 40K, I also dabble in WHF and LoTR.
This blog is here mainly to help people seeking advise on the hobby aspect of the Warhammer, although I am also very competitive, I feel there are way too many sites for that as it is. I will mainly be focusing on painting and converting that can be easily accomplished with little or no experience. I am a very good painter (9/10) when i want to spend the time on a model, but I feel most people think that you have to spend 5+ hours on a model to get a great look. I aim to fix that with this blog.
There are many techniques you can use that will really speed up your painting without giving you a product that looks like it was colored by a child. I will also go over similarly effective techniques for converting.
My hope is that I will not have to see as many unpainted armies on the tables, and  that people will really be able to enjoy every aspect of the hobby, not just the game.
(The current background art was pilfered from the old daemon hunters book (don't sue me GW!!) which is fitting as my first article will be about painting Grey Knights)
